Superb set of six vintage Q Stak dining chairs designed by Robin Day in 1953 and produced by Hille in London. Made from beautifully figured cuts of cherrywood and sat on sturdy steel legs. Condition: Excellent restored condition. Structurally perfect. The cherry wood has been gently stripped, sanded and repolished using osmo oil (A hard wearing and durable finish). Steel legs have been stripped, resprayed and glides replaced. Minor age related knocks and blemishes which in no way detract. Beautiful examples and not often seen in larger sets.
