Stunning 1960s Danish armchair designed by Professor Ole Wanscher for France & Daverkosen (Model - FD119). Expertly crafted from fine quality solid teak. An eye catching design, beautiful from every angle. Rich blue upholstery which contrasts perfectly against the warm orange tones in the teak wood. A rare and collectible model from one of Denmarks finest furniture manufacturers.

Condition: Excellent condition. Structurally perfect. Frame has been cleaned and oiled. Upholstery is original with sprung cushions in excellent order with no damage or marks. This chair features both the France and Son emblem and also the France and Daverkosen emblem meaning this is a particularly early production model. A great collectors example.
